The Office Department is led by its Director, Mr. Mark Chan, with 5 regional Sales Directors and 28 sales teams. To optimize the service for clients, the Department sets up numerous branches in the CBDs of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. The team is in charge of both primary and secondary markets. Its staff members are knowledgeable in the latest office sales and rental insights, hence capable of providing professional advices to enterprises in their business development and expansion, and receive unanimous accolades from their corporate clients.
Mr. Raiky Wong, Director of Retail Department, is leading 6 regional Sales Directors and 26 sales teams. The Department closely monitors market trends. A Shop Leasing Team is especially set up to fulfill the demands from developers and tenants. In 2019, in order to align with the Greater Bay Area’s latest development, a locally-based “Hong Kong, Macau & Zhuhai Property Project Department” has been set up, which hosts regular seminars and introduces investment projects in the Area to provide different types of investment knowledge to and project choices for investors.
