Kowloon East Kowloon East, with an area of about 488 hectares, comprises the Kai Tak Development (KTD) Area, the Kowloon Bay Business Area (KBBA) and the Kwun Tong Business Area (KTBA). To promote walkability and connectivity, a comprehensive multi-level pedestrian network is planned for KBAA to connect the green transport hub and activity nodes. Besides, traffic improvement measures are proposed at several critical junctions in the vicinity to improve the local traffic condition.
